Each individual session costs £70 per hour Group WorkEmma recognises that individual therapy is at times economically non-viable and therefore she has created ‘ethical therapy groups’ , at a fraction of the cost, participants can join a group of similar minded individuals, hosted by Emma. These groups will offer participants an opportunity to explore their needs in confidential, warm and safe environments. Ten people Max per group. Group Sessions
Each Group session costs £15, each group runs for eight weeks Relationship GroupsTherapeutic dynamic intervention 4 couples per group £25 per 90 minute session Marriage Makeover: specific relationship therapy on an individual or small group basis. Emma and her consultants work intensively to help couples in crisis develop their relationships in a safe and constructive environment. Eating issues Group workWorking with people who use, or withhold food to help them cope in every day life. This ten week course explores relationships we have with food and how to make food a positive part of our lives. Eating Issue groups: Obesity, anorexia, bulimia, compulsive eating and other associated eating disorders are a common factor in today’s society. Emma and her facilitators run workshops and small group meetings helping participants gain a sense of control over their eating habits. Eat yourself healthy: had enough of battling with your self-image? This programme enables people who have spent time trying to lose weight unsuccessfully learn effective strategies to gain a sense of well being over their eating habits. This course is co-facilitated two other qualified practitioners. Andrew Kenny, an NLP practitioner and Sarah Varney a life coach and Behaviour practitioner.
